Tevet recently moved to larger offices in its Israel headquarters and expanded applications and marketing scope in its USA location. Customer adoption is now worldwide and is becoming increasingly pervasive led by the top IC manufactures. With new products and an accelerating installed base, Tevet's story becomes brighter and brighter.

With the Trajectory T³, Tevet was the first integrated metrology supplier to be approved by Novellus for use with CVD, PECVD, and CMP products. Tevet has been recognized both for metrology capability (in trade journals) and for uniquely low cost of capital implementation (ROI studies). Tevet leads the rationalization of the integrated metrology model.
