Ofer Du-Nour

Mr. Du-nour brings 20 years of semiconductor experience to Tevet. Prior to founding Tevet, Mr. Du-Nour held the position of Senior Vice President at IDC (Industrial Development Corporation) in Yokneam, Israel where he directed the microelectronics division and was responsible for all activities relating to the IDC's operations in the microelectronics manufacturing equipment market. He also supervised the business development, customer relations, and strategic alliance functions. Before joining IDC Mr. Du-Nour was the Projects Department Manager at TOWER Semiconductors, in Migdal-Haemek, Israel. In this capacity, he oversaw a group of project managers, and was responsible for developing four generations of new Semiconductor process technologies.

Mr. Du-Nour holds BA and MSc degrees in Physics and a dual BA in Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Du-Nour holds multiple patents.

 

Peter Gillespie
President

Mr. Gillespie has developed, introduced, and accelerated adoption of new and innovative semiconductor manufacturing and metrology solutions over the past 15 years. Prior to joining Tevet, Mr. Gillespie held V.P. or Director-level Marketing/Sales positions at KLA-Tencor Corp., Boxer Cross Inc. (acquired by Applied Materials Inc.) , Axcelis Technologies Inc.; and Marketing/Engineering Management positions at Inchcape Testing Service (now Intertek ETL SEMKO) at Nippon Sanso, Matheson Semi-Gas Systems. Mr. Gillespie co-authored numerous journal and technical articles in both the semiconductor and oil/gas industries.

Mr. Gillespie holds a BSME from California Polytechnic State University.

 
Pini Alezra

Pini Alezra
Director, Operations and Engineering

Pini Alezra has over 20 years of engineering and operations experience in the semiconductor equipment industry. Working at Steag and Kulicke and Soffa for 15 years, Mr. Alezra led development and engineering for many successful products. He served as VP Development and Operations for Steag CVD Systems (RTCVD). Prior to this he was Development and Engineering Manager (Wire Bonders) and Chief Engineer (Dicing and Die Bonder product Lines) at Kulicke and Soffa. Most recently, Mr. Alezra was Director of Operations for CBYOND of Gyrus ACMI Israel, a company specializing in developing medical cameras.

Mr. Alezra received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Technion ( Institute of Technology) in Haifa, Israel.
